SEEK partners with 10 charities with varying causes, programs and community impacts on a local and national scale. These include: Lort Smith Animal Hospital, Australian Wildlife Conservancy, Big Issue, Cathy Freeman Foundation, The Smith Family, STREAT, Lifeline Australia, Alannah and Madeline Foundation, Canteen, Starlight Children’s Foundation.

SEEK established its workplace giving program, Small Change, in 2014 and have been a supporter of 1MDonors since 2016.
