Workplace Giving Australia Lodge’s Submission with Productivity Commission’s Philanthropy Inquiry

Workplace Giving Australia supports the Australian Government’s commitment to working with the philanthropic, not-for-profit (NFP) and business sectors to double philanthropic giving by 2030. The Government has asked the Productivity Commission to investigate motivations for philanthropic giving in Australia and identify opportunities to grow it further.

On behalf of the sector, we are pleased to have made a submission outlining some of the key aspects and trends in giving in the workplace and make seven recommendations on areas that might be examined more closely to bring Australia to a position as world leading.
