Australian Workplace Giving Awards

About The Awards

“The Australian Workplace Giving Awards is a prestigious honour which recognises organisations for their outstanding workplace giving programs. It provides people insight into what ‘good looks like’ and offers inspiration to organisations (of all sizes) with how they can commence or improve their own giving related programs that ultimately supports the community.”

Brianne Keogh, Social Impact Manager, ANZ, 2022 Australian Workplace Giving Awards Winner

The Australian Workplace Giving Awards celebrate outstanding workplace giving programs across the country. The Awards are the premier, largest independent forum for our sector, designed to celebrate working Australians’ role and efforts as they harness their companies’ power to support and build our communities.

Workplace giving is a collaborative relationship between employers, employees, and charities with one main goal – supporting causes and communities in need. The programs continue to evolve, and we will be celebrating all forms of workplace giving, from pre-tax payroll giving programs to innovative charity and employer partnerships, employee-nominated grants programs, and more.

The Awards are judged by a panel of independent thought leaders and champions of workplace giving.

“The Workplace Giving Awards do an amazing job in highlighting the incredible work companies are doing behind the scenes across Australia. It’s amazing to be able to see the impact these programs are having and gain inspiration for your own company. While it’s an absolute honor to have won an award, it’s even more of an honor to be able to learn and grow alongside huge national companies that make such an important impact in the lives of both the customers who support them and the charities they help.”

Eliza Warren, Charity Administrator, Petspiration Group (The Petstock Group), 2022 Australian Workplace Giving Awards Winner
