The Fred Hollows Foundation has a very clear goal: They’re putting an end to avoidable blindness. When this day comes, people in developing countries will get the same quality eye care the rest of the world takes for granted – and they won’t stop until this is done.

With a core belief of getting things done and a mission to end avoidable blindness the Fred Hollows Foundation works in more than 25 countries and have restored sight to more than two and a half million people.
