Commonwealth Bank Staff Community Fund supported the Spring CanTeen Camp
Every year 21,000 young people find out their parents have cancer, 1,000 young people are diagnosed with cancer and 1,000 young people find out their brother or sister has cancer – ACF charity partner CanTeen are there to help.
On the 26 September our employee partner Commonwealth Bank Staff Community Fund supported the Spring CanTeen Camp that was attended by 60 young people living with cancer.
Attendees were from the Sydney and Central NSW area and they spent four days together in the beautiful Stanwell Tops region south of Sydney. The peer support programs are renowned for their powerful impact on the young people who attend and share their cancer stories, support each other and have fun!
